The following message, from Jennifer Hoffman, may have given me a clue as to why I have not been feeling “100-percent” today:

I didn’t realize it until this morning but I may have inhaled a bit too much of that fine powder because, all day today, I’ve had a sore throat and felt a bit worn-out.

So maybe my situation is partially “Sheetrock dust” and the upcoming Eclipse.

I don’t know “when” this dinner took place, or if it’s a “Roast” (poking fun at someone), but Trump’s remarks are VERY cutting. This tells “me”, that “Trump knows” and “hillary knows” and “everyone knows” that “little hitlery” is about to be arrested. Why else would he say such things? Why else would he be so direct?

PS 2-6-17 *Mystery, *FYH, Parkes, Fulford, Wilcock

*First a few comments:

*MYSTERY
I’m a bit confused on this. Of course, the answer could be very simple but my “Reasoning” could be keeping my mind from figuring out what’s going on…

For many, many months now, Sylvia and I have been buying “fresh pasta”. It’s kept refrigerated, is sealed in a clear plastic container and is made by Buitoni. We usually buy their “Fettuccine” but, about 3-months ago, we started buying their “Angel Hair” pasta. Here the link to that product:

As I said, that container is “sealed”. The top layer is so bonded with the rest of the container that we have to use scissors to cut an opening at the top-edge, so we can manage to peel the top layer back.

Once we get these home, we place them in the freezer and leave 1 in the refrigerator, so we can use it during the next day or 2. (We get 2 meals from each 9-ounce pack.

In other words, we’ve purchased hundreds of these pasta packs and have done all of those steps many, many times.

Yesterday, we decided to have pasta for supper. I lifted the pack off the bottom shelf of the fridge, where we always keep these (if they’re not in the freezer) and the bottom of the pack AND most of the shelf was covered in water! My guess is… there was 4-to 6-ounces of water there.

Ok. So we dealt with it… We used paper towels and absorbed all the water from the outside of the pack and the shelf. Everything was dry.

Once we open a pasta pack, we place the remainder, still in its container, inside a Zip-Lock, “freezer bag” and seal it.

Tonight, we wanted to finish the rest of that pasta. So I lifted the Zip-Lock bag from the bottom shelf of the fridge and… everything was wet again! Once again, there must have been almost 6-ounces of water on that shelf. So we dried everything again.

Just as I placed the pasta into the saucepan, in order to cook it, we saw 2, quarter-sized, bright-green, “spots” ON the pasta! I figured it was mold. So we through it out and cleaned everything.

• I checked everything in the refrigerator but nothing was wet, which could have dripped-down onto that shelf.
• The pasta container did not have any ice on it, when we moved it from freezer to fridge. So it didn’t “thaw out” and create the water. Even if it did, how did the water get there on the 2nd day?
• Everything in our refrigerator is sealed… and there’s not much in there. There are no vegetables or anything else which could collect condensation and then drip. There’s only 1 can, 4 bottles and a pack of cheese, which is wrapped in plastic.
• The refrigerator door also only contains bottles or jars.
• On both days, that “liquid” smelled neutral, like water. It wasn’t sticky, like honey or syrup. (We keep a bottle of maple syrup in the fridge, on a shelf above where the pasta is kept.)
• I ran my hand under every container in the fridge and even on its “ceiling”, in case the freezer was leaking. I could not find any liquid anywhere except on that bottom shelf under the pasta package.

So my question is… Where did that water come from?

FYH (Follow Your Heart)
Tonight, I finally managed to play my Drums for a short while. At one point, I was “in the zone”. When I was “there”, within that energy, I knew I was following my Heart. This Time, however, I could sense more energies. It was similar to the experience Sylvia and I had, shortly after completely switching to being Vegetarians.

As I played the Drums, I had a sense of flying over a vast area of ice. No airplane. I was just “flying”.

“Antarctica” has been on my mind recently, so I thought that’s where I must have been. I could almost smell the clean, crisp air. I could see bight Sunlight… everywhere. All of these sensations came at the same Time… AND, the biggest energy that hit me was… I had a strong sense that Humanity is now awake!

I’m not sure why all of those energy-experiences go together but that’s what I received.

So, from that, I have a deeper understanding of the Saying:

• “Follow your Heart”

For “me”, this now means… By following your Heart, you are “in the moment” / “in the Now”. Because your Heart represents Love, it means you’re following those energies which you Love… and when we create an energy field of Love around us, nothing but Love can penetrate it. This is probably the biggest reason why the Cabal want to continually distract us with:

• “buy this”,
• “look at this”,
• “check the Clock”,
• “earn more money,
• “find the best deal,
• “answer your Social responsibilities”, etc.

All of those “Cabal whispers” keep our energies in chaos.

I’m not sure this is a “Saying” but it is a line in a Song called: “Circle Of Hands”. The band is Uriah Heep. The lyrics read:

I was just about to read David Wilcock’s article (excerpted below) but took a short break to get a drink of water. Sylvia reminded me of something that has been bothering me all day.

• The “taking of a life” is the “taking of a Life”… “As above, so below”. If we are all made from the same “cosmic stuff”… come from the same “Creator” / “cosmic source”… If EVERY “thing” comes from this same “stuff” and was brought into manifestation by the same “Creator”, then every “Being”, every “tree”, every “toaster”… every “thing” is connected-to and a part-of EVERYTHING else.
• Now, I’ll need everyone to put “Society’s breathing down our neck” / “Society’s telling us what to do” aside. Keep you mind open and think in a broad, Universal, “all things are ONE” state…

In last night’s Posting, I included Benjamin Fulford’s latest weekly report. In it, he describes a “picture” or “photo” that I did not see. He says it was taken during a Satanic Ritual held by the Cabal. He said those Cabal members were eating a Human and had children tied-up in chairs as if to be reserved for “dessert”. (Yes, Sylvia and I agree that this is so extremely bad that no words could ever state how horrible that situation is.)

My question is…

• Why isn’t “Society” as horrified when they see “chickens” in that same situation?
• For example, let’s say that same photo only showed a “Pig” being eaten. Would anyone be as sickened by that? Probably not. “Society’s reaction might be… “So what? They’re having a bar-b-que.”

“IF” Fulford’s information is real, I’m not saying we should turn down our hate for the Cabal because they’re eating “Humans”. I’m saying we should turn UP the anger for “Society’ telling us that eating other Beings (chickens, cows, pigs, etc.) IS NOT RIGHT.

• (Society) “People have been eating cows and other animals for eons.”
• (me) That doesn’t make it right… AND on some scientific, biological or medical charts, “Humans” are listed as “animals”.

Sylvia and I haven’t eaten “animals” for a few decades now and I stopped wearing “leather” shortly after that. I’d rather buy a new belt, shoes, wallet, etc. every year than have someone go out and “cross-over” yet another “Being”, just so “I” can have longer-lasting “products”.

Think about this… What if “leather” was never discovered? If that 1st “Human” or “Cabal-influence” didn’t think about skinning another “animal”, where would they draw their (so-called) “Stone Age” materials from? My guess would be “plants”. So “Society” tells us to continue using “animals” as its “materials” because most Humans have become too lazy to think outside the box and find a new, longer-lasting material which could replace “leather”.

I’m asking everyone to think for “yourself” and not be pulled-along by “Society’s” whispers.

*First a few comments:

I had forgotten that crying can sometimes bring an instant headache. Tonight, after supper, I was reminded of this. (Yes, it’s now been over 292-weeks since My Sylvia crossed-over and, “no”, it doesn’t get any easier.)

*MUSIC
I don’t know if  Sylvia is wanting us to start working on our next album but, yesterday, I found myself finally getting around to rearranging my desk area — moving some things off of it, in order to make room for an easy-access setup of our Synthesizers. I’ve been wanting to do this for over 12-months but kept thinking I’ll do it after I make the video for our “Perfectionately Yours” album. Now, I’m not feeling much of a pull in that direction but more of a pull in the music-creation energies.

Although Sylvia is very capable of playing 3-keyboards, a foot-pedal keyboard, Singing and turning the pages to her Sheet Music, she would be a bit overwhelmed by some of the gear we’ve purchased over these last 292-weeks. This is why they’re in “my” setup.

Looking at my current setup, though, you’d never think I was a “Drummer”. Although I’ve got an electronic drumset with an 8-zone percussion pad (Roland SPD-30) next to it, there are 7-Synthesizers spread-out between my desk and a table next to it.

Over these last few days off from work, I’ve been feeling that I need to have all the Synthesizers “audio” (sound-output) connected to a small amplifier that we have. For some reason, I need to be able to switch-on any Synth and know that we’re going to hear it instantly — without changing any wires.

To accomplish this, however, we’re going to need another piece of gear. Because these Synthesizers are capable of sending-out “Stereo”, I couldn’t find any product which will do what we need… with 16-Stereo Inputs on it (this allows for the piece of gear [the Korg Volca FM] which will be here later this week)… and I spent 2-days researching this. So we finally found a box which handles “8” Stereo signals at once. This means we’ll have to buy 2 of them. Here’s the link to what I “think” we may be buying next:

Then there’s the matter of getting all the MIDI connectors linked to a single box… but that’s a project for another paycheck.

*IDEAS
I also spent a good part of today working-out an idea I’ve been working on for over 12-months…

Some of the Synthesizers we have are fairly small. In order to use them, I’d like to have them sitting-up on an angle. Then, when we’re done with them for the day, it would be nice to have them covered from dust.

I’ve been searching for a product which:

• …will allow these small Synths to sit either flat or at an angle,
• …will allow you to easily cover them, without removing them from their case or lifting them off the table,
• …will allow you to protect the Synth, so you can throw it in a backpack or box and take it with you to a Live show.

I have not been able to find such a 3-in-1 product. So I thought I could create it. As I said, I’ve been struggling with this all-in-1 design for a very long Time. Even today… each Time I thought I figured it out, another problem with that design would appear in my mind. I’m still not sure I have a practical design yet but I have squashed several problems.

Yes, I could just “make do” and throw some temporary pieces together to solve all these problems but… if “I” can figure this out AND make it look nice, it “may” lead to a sellable product… maybe even a Patent. That would be nice.

So if anyone out there knows of such a product, let me know and we’ll buy a few.

*REALITY
In a previous Posting, I mentioned that “I” see feedback around this planet which indicates that this “Reality” has come to an end…

• combinations of drinks and foods which seem like they’re just throwing things together “to be different”…
• clothing “styles” and “color” combinations… and clothing in general which is sometimes so skimpy it’s just “acceptable”…
• markings on Human skin which can be any design or words, in any color and no limit on how much area is covered…
• out of place Spoken Words, as well as “swear” words are commonplace through “most” of Society…
• the ability to manipulate any “photo” or “video”, to make it appear real…

There are probably more but the one which I saw today is this… It’s a new technology by “Adobe”, the makers of Photoshop, which allows anyone to manipulate Spoken Words so they sound like the person speaking actually said them.

All of these things together tell “me” that Humanity has reached the end of this cycle. It’s NOT the end of the “world”. It’s not the end of “Humanity”. It’s the end of this particular “Reality”.

This is the same as the “energy work” that Sylvia taught me a few decades ago…

• Basically, when clearing physical pain from the Unit (the body and its many Systems), you either use a Crystal or the tips of your fingers clustered together and pointing at the “pain area”. You then move your Crystal or fingers in a spiral pattern “up” and away from the problem area. This clears the negative energy from that location on the Unit but leaves a gap of energy. So, using the same Crystal (or fingers), you sweep it across that same location… moving back-and-forth (side-to-side) while slowly moving across that area. This re-aligns the energies on that spot.

*ENERGIES
I’m going to mention this, in case it may help others understand how the strings of synchronicity can sometimes behave. I’m no expert in working with “energies” or the happenings in the “unseen world” but I have had a little training in this area and both Sylvia and my parents always say I keep 1-foot in another world.

What I’m explaining here is only “my” experience of how these energies work. Energies are “energies”. There isn’t really a “right” or “wrong” way of working with them, as long as you achieve the result you Intended. Just as with “Numbers” (the number “13”, for example) and “Tools” (a “Saw”, for example), energies can be “positive” or “negative”. The number 13 is not a “bad” number. It contains “energy” and how someone uses that energy is what determines its result. Using a “Saw” to build a Bird House can bring happiness to the birds and your family but use it to cut-through a high-powered electrical cable and you’re going to bring yourself a LOT of problems.

So, as I mentioned previously, I made sure our last week, and especially this last Day, at work was positive. We did everything asked of us and really didn’t mind doing any of it.

Sylvia had been working with me… explaining that we need to completely cut our ties to that building. We had to be sure not to bring home any leftover scraps of wood from the construction being done in another part of the building. We even had to be sure not to buy any groceries from the store we work in. We had to turn-in our keys (to the various parts of the building) and leave any “Attitude” we may be carrying in the dumpster on our way out.

We did all of that and I saw the results immediately… Last Friday, the grocery store Owner came in, which he rarely does, came over, shook my hand and thanked me for all the work we had done there. Today, there were lots of hugs and handshakes between me and lots of the employees and management. In fact, the District Manager asked if there was anything they could do to get us to stay. Sylvia and I had already analyzed the energies of us working in that building, many months ago, and our Energy Stream is now connected to our new workplace. In other words, Sylvia and I had already shifted our energies and to switch them back would be like turning an Ocean Liner around with a row boat.

Because we were doing our best to keep our energies clear, we got to say goodbye to an employee of that grocery store who Quit about 3-months ago. I’ve only seen him shopping in that store twice since then. So, today, when he came in, I knew “energies” had sent him there. On some level, he knew we were leaving and that today was our last day in that building. (In “real life” he did not know that Sylvia and I had put in our 2-weeks notice 2-weeks ago.)

Once Sylvia and I got home, we took a shower and changed our clothes… all of them. This was the final action needed to leave any “baggage” we may be carrying, regarding that building, AT the building.

*TOMATOES
In previous Postings, I’ve mentioned some of the nutritional changes to my diet that Sylvia recommends for me. For those who care, this is the latest:

• About 2-Months ago, Sylvia had us buy more pre-cooked rice “bowls” and “pouches”. (When she’s “physically” here, we go through the extra work of cooking a week-long batch of rice and do it every week. It’s less expensive and more nutritional.) Yesterday, she placed 5-jars of Pasta Sauce in my Path, so we bought them and are now adding them to the rice meals we have at lunch each day.
• Today, she placed 5-jars of Salsa within my awareness. So we bought them. We’ve been having frozen blueberries, applesauce and some “Purely Elizabeth” cereal for supper and sometimes we have Salsa with “Sweet Potato Chips”. So now we’re having a lot of Tomato-based food in our diet.
• All of the Tomato products are “Non-GMO”.

*CLONES
On 9/1/16, I included an Interview with Simon Parkes. One of the things he mentioned is that Hillary Clinton is refusing to be transferred to a “Clone”. I’ve been thinking about this and, to “me”, it seems more likely that there are no more Clones available and THAT’S why Hilary is physically falling apart.
